We are a parish-based youth sports program open to boys and girls from 1st through 12th grades. The purpose of CYO basketball is to provide children with a positive, character-building experience through the vehicle of sports. Children have the opportunity to practice Christian attitudes and responsibilities, build confidence, have fun, and make friends.
We look forward to working with your child on the fundamentals of basketball, the challenge of competitive sports, and the values of sportsmanship, fair play and personal responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: WPCYO Spring League is for A and high B skill level players accustomed to competitive travel basketball. It is not like regular season CYO, which includes options for varying skill levels. This league is for players at the top of their grade level.
CYO will participate in the WPCYO 2020 Spring League for grades 3 through 12. This League is open to the entire community, so please tell friends and neighbors. Non-parishioners are welcome! This is the fourth Spring League season, and the program has grown significantly each year, attracting a very high level of competition. Resurrection fielded boys and girls teams at every grade level last year.
Teams practice once a week and play nine to ten weekend games against programs from Westchester and the Bronx. The program will likely run from March 28 to June 7. Rosters are larger in an attempt to minimize conflicts with other Spring sports.
If you are interested in playing competitive Spring CYO, please click on the link below to register your interest. If there is sufficient interest at your grade level, you will be notified. Depending on the number of interested registrants, Resurrection may hold tryouts/assessments,which - unlike regular season CYO - may include cuts. In addition, certain teams may play "up" a grade division, if the skill level warrants.
